Lucille is an award-winning writer and comedian from Gadigal Land (Sydney). Her debut solo comedy show, Lucille MacKellar Has Boy Problems, premiered at Sydney Fringe 2024 to sold out crowds, and in 2025 toured Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival, Newcastle Fringe and Adelaide Fringe, where she was shortlisted for the Take A Chance On Adelaide Award. Described as “hilariously unhinged” by Star Observer, Lucille’s wry delivery delightfully walks the tightrope between sincere and tongue in cheek. She co-wrote the smash-hit sell-out show Inner West Side: The Musical for Sydney Fringe 2018, and her writing has been published in The Guardian and Writerly Magazine.
