Noemie Huttner-Koros is an emerging queer yiddish/jewish performance-maker, writer, dramaturg and community organiser. Noemie’s practice engages with sites and histories where ecological crisis, queer culture, community-building and composting occur. Her work draws on community engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration to explore our personal and political agency through performance and storytelling. Noemie is an organiser of Arts & Cultural Workers for Climate Action, a co-director of interdisciplinary performance group KAN Collective. Her work has taken place in black-box theatres, alleyways, dinner parties and galleries. Noemie currently lives and works on Whadjuk Noongar country known as perth.
