Rani (she/they) is a Wiradjuri/Fijian-Indian writer and photographer from Meanjin. They have been finding ways to tell stories since the moment they could communicate. As a Deaf and disabled person of colour, Rani’s main goal is to tell the stories they needed to see growing up. Rani loves to go hiking and rock climbing when they are not photographing concerts or holed up in a cave typing at the computer. Much of Rani’s adventures in the Australian landscape inspires their creative practice.
