Let’s Talk About: Sex [Work]

  • presented by:

Saturday 5 October , 2:00 pm – 3.00pm

Writing about sex work tends to exclude the voices of sex workers from the conversation. Handing over the literal and proverbial mic, this panel speaks to people who exist at the intersection of sex work and writing. Join this panel of sex worker writers discussing how sex work has inspired, challenged and developed their writing. This forms one of three in our ‘Let’s Talk About’ series.

Are you coming?

Our festival is 100% free. It’s always free. But this year, National Young Writers’ Festival is asking for you to register for the festival. Registering for our festival means you can help us maintain and secure our ongoing funding. We rely on funding to provide this opportunity to artists and audiences. We need to understand who exactly we provide this opportunity to.

Can you support NYWF?

During registration, you’ll see an opportunity to buy a NYWF supporter ticket. If you love our festival, we encourage to help support our festival by becoming an NYWF supporter. The “ticket” doesn’t get you into anything extra, it’s a contribution to support the ongoing running costs of our festival: which is 100% free to attend!
