A workshop for anyone interested in writing poetry across languages, connecting to their m/other tongue through poetry or saying the quiet part out loud (in another language). No fluency needed and all languages welcome, this workshop takes participants through the ins and outs of writing multilingual poetry. Alongside readings of multilingual work, we’ll cover everything from the what and why of multilingual poetics to how and where to get your multilingual work published. In between, we’ll take participants through some techniques and prompts to get you started on your own multilingual poetry journey.
