Donations
The National Young Writers’ Festival is a non-profit organisation made by and for young artists to help foster a sense of community and allow young writers to connect, share skills and hone their craft. We pride ourselves on paying all writers programmed for the festival but we are reliant on government funding and philanthropic support to make our festival happen. Your donation allows us to continue supporting young artists, increase the number of writers we are able to program, and improve our capacity and resources to hold high quality events.
NYWF is a registered non-profit, so your donation (above $2) is also tax-deductible.
Volunteers and team members
We have a strong team of volunteers who keep the festival running each year.
Our core team of directors, producers and other arts geniuses is regularly changing – we have limited-time stints so that the opportunity to work on NYWF is spread widely.
Contact us to find out more about volunteering or becoming a team member.
Partnerships and collaborations
We partner and work with other organisations in the arts, media, education, and more! Would you like to support us or collaborate with us? Contact our team to discuss.
NYWF extends gratitude to our partners, who allow us to support young writers!
